Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, seeks a Project Manager to be the voice of the customer from sale through on-site delivery at our Lebanon, TN facility. You will coordinate with engineering, approve submittals, schedule production, and ensure 100% customer satisfaction on all orders.

The role requires leading multiple orders, monitoring costs, and serving as the primary contact for customers and vendors, ensuring timely communication and problem solving from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required; Civil Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years Project Management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage several large to small projects simultaneously.
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA preferred.
• Strong MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to review production schematics and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of the customer in OI facilities and manage multiple sales orders.
• Coordinate with engineering, production scheduling, and transportation for on-time delivery.
• Lead kickoff meetings, review scope, and confirm values for all items.
• Act as primary contact for customer and vendors for assigned orders.
• Monitor project costs and ensure compliance with contract documents.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and systems.
