Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking a Project Manager to own the customer experience from sale to on-site delivery at the Lebanon, TN facility. You will coordinate with engineering, production, and transportation to ensure 100% satisfaction on all orders and timely delivery.

The role requires leading multiple projects, strong communication across teams, and a focus on process improvement within a manufacturing environment. On-site work in Lebanon, TN is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; Civil Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• Ability to manage several large to small, complex projects simultaneously.
• Experience with project databases; SAP S/4HANA preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to read production schematics and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Be the “voice of the customer” in OI facilities and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Manage multiple sales orders concurrently and drive turnover from sale to on-site delivery.
• Lead kickoff meetings to ensure scope, paperwork, and values are clear and scheduled with production.
• Serve as primary customer contact from sale through delivery and align with customer ship dates.
• Provide direction to engineering, production planning, transportation, procurement, and accounting.
• Prepare change order proposals promptly in response to owner/client/engineer requests or internal needs.
• Monitor progress from sale through delivery and proactively resolve issues to avoid delays.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and systems across projects.
• Coordinate site visits and resolve issues from sale to completion; requisition special items as needed.
• Manage submittals/approvals with customers as required.
• Communicate with Transportation on initial delivery needs and follow up.
• Collaborate with other PMs and plant manager to balance long-term schedules with operations.
