Job summary

CRH Americas Building Products in Elgin, IL seeks a Project Lead to serve as the voice of the customer from estimate to on-site delivery. You will coordinate with engineering, production, and transportation to ensure 100% customer satisfaction on all orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required; Civil Engineering preferred.
• 3+ years Project Management experience expected.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to review production schematics and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of the customer in OI facilities and coordinate with multiple teams.
• Manage multiple sales orders concurrently and ensure timely turnover.
• Lead kickoff meetings, confirm scope, review estimates, and align schedules with production.
