First Community Bank is seeking a Personal Banker I in West Virginia to deliver accurate product information, handle inquiries, and resolve complaints. You’ll promote banking solutions, open and service accounts, and support customers with in-branch and digital options.

Ideal candidates have 1–5 years banking experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to compliance. This role supports a community-focused bank with broad benefits.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–5 years of banking experience preferred.
• Strong listening and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to explain banking products clearly to customers.
• Attention to detail and compliance with policies is important.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.

• Establish cordial relationships with customers and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Inform and suggest new banking products to customers.
• Provide account information such as balance and history.
