Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer-facing service experience in banking, retail, or financial services.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with technology including Microsoft Office, online banking platforms, and mobile applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Dependable attendance with rotating Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships through outstanding customer service.
• Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
