Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Down stock merchandise by checking shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
