Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with basic currency exchange services
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the customer experience
• Process transactions accurately & efficiently in compliance with company policies & procedures
• Balance till at the beginning and end of each shift
• Maintain a balanced till and ensure all transactions are recorded properly
• Research discrepancies and provide detailed explanation/resolution in a timely manner
• Handle currency and other financial instruments with a high degree of accuracy & security
• Assist with opening and closing procedures of the branch
• Follow all security procedures to protect against fraud and theft
• Identify & report suspicious activities, ensuring compliance with company policies & procedures
• Verify customer identification and ensure all necessary documentation is completed
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information
• Answer phone calls & general inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Refer customers to appropriate personnel for complex issues
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals & improve customer satisfaction
