Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with basic currency exchange services
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the customer experience
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Balance till at the beginning and end of each shift
• Maintain a balanced till and ensure all transactions are recorded properly
• Research discrepancies and provide explanations/resolutions in a timely manner
• Handle currency and financial instruments with accuracy and security
• Assist with opening and closing procedures of the branch
• Follow security procedures to protect against fraud and theft
• Identify and report suspicious activities ensuring policy compliance
• Verify customer identification and ensure documentation is complete
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information
• Answer phone calls and general inquiries professionally
• Refer customers to appropriate personnel for complex issues
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and policies
• Collaborate with team to achieve branch goals and improve customer satisfaction
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance knowledge and skills
