Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) is seeking a Customer Service Associate to lead an excellent customer and brand experience, and promote sales for GCNA and its affiliated entities. The role involves running registers and maintaining sales floor standards at the Queen Creek, AZ location.

You'll perform POS transactions, assist donors, price merchandise, stock shelves, and help uphold a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while modeling GCNA's core values of trust, collaboration,

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate and understand instructions in English.
• Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Performs Point of Sale (POS) responsibilities and processes all forms of payments.
• Asks each customer for cash donations at POS.
• Establishes or identifies prices of goods and merchandize.
• Completes closing procedures, as necessary.
• Greets customers and thanks them as they leave the store.
• Stocks merchandise and maintains floor standards.
