Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a store team member to lead an excellent customer and brand experience. You will run registers, process payments, and promote sales for GCNA and its affiliated entities.

The role emphasizes POS duties, cash donations at the register, pricing support, and maintaining store standards while greeting customers and ensuring a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent math skills preferred.
• Ability to communicate and understand instructions in English (verbal and written).
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Background check and drug screen where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Run POS and process payments.
• Ask customers for cash donations at POS.
• Set prices for goods or ask for help from a leader.
• Complete closing procedures as needed.
• Greet customers and thank them on exit.
• Stock merchandise and maintain sales floor standards.
• Operate store systems and paging tools to make announcements.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
