Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is hiring a store team member to lead an excellent customer and brand experience, handling POS transactions and promoting sales at GCNA and its affiliated entities. You will run registers, assist customers, and help maintain store standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent math skills.
• Ability to communicate and understand instructions, both verbal and written, in English.
• Must be at least 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Operates Point of Sale (POS) and processes all forms of payments.
• Asks each customer for cash donations at POS.
• Establishes or identifies prices of goods by merchandise type or ons ite leadership.
• Completes closing procedures as needed.
• Maintains regular attendance.
• Greets customers entering the store and thanks those leaving.
• Maintains sales floor per floorwork and image standards.
• Stocks merchandise in assigned areas.
• Uses phones and paging systems for announcements.
• Keeps a clean and safe environment.
