Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona is seeking a team member to lead a positive customer and brand experience at the Phoenix store. You will run registers, assist customers, and help maintain sales floor standards to promote sales for GCNA and its affiliated entities.

The role requires high school education or equivalent, excellent customer service and math skills, and the ability to communicate in English. Must be 16+ and able to pass background checks and drug screens where applicable.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Excellent math skills preferred.
• Ability to communicate and understand instructions in English.
• Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen where applicable.
• Ability to read and speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Handle POS transactions and process all forms of payments.
• Greet customers and assist on the sales floor.
• Maintain store standards and merchandise placement.
• Assist with closing procedures and attendance.
• Follow Goodwill Core Values (Trust, Collaboration, Engagement, Ownership, Innovation).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
