Qualifications

• Previous Reception or Call-Center experience preferred.
• Previous Automotive experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answering and directing inbound calls
• Assisting customers with service, sales, or parts inquiries and providing updates
• Scheduling appointments and managing customer information
• Assisting with follow-ups, customer outreach, and database management
• Supporting other departments as needed
