Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to represent the brand with hospitality and provide excellent client experiences. You will build trusted relationships, guide clients through banking solutions, and support branch goals using digital tools.

You will assist with checking in clients, opening accounts, and educating customers on Chase Mobile App and online services, all while adhering to regulatory requirements and policies. The role emphasizes teamwork and delivering consistent service.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening and sharing product knowledge to help clients reach goals.
• Perform branch operations and manage cash devices while following bank procedures.
