Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby flow, and scheduling meetings using a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new ones while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking, including Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs for their needs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with the branch team to reach financial goals.
• Perform branch operations and manage cash devices, adhering to bank policies and procedures.
