Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver welcoming, high-quality service and build trusted client relationships in a branch setting. You will help clients with everyday banking needs, open new accounts, and guide them through Chase’s digital tools.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly.

• Comfort using digital banking tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and greet clients, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance, open new accounts, and comply with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology options like mobile app, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by actively listening and sharing product knowledge to help clients meet goals.
• Assist with branch operations, including cash handling and vault/ATM duties in line with policies.
