The role emphasizes excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to balance cash drawers and resolve inquiries. You will work with branch staff to meet service goals and stay compliant with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; finance or business coursework a plus.
• Previous cash handling is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to perform basic math accurately and maintain accuracy.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments accurately.
• Assist customers with inquiries and information on banking products.
• Balance and secure the cash drawer at shift end.
• Identify suspicious activity and report it per policy.
• Support branch goals through cross-selling banking products.
• Stay informed on policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
