The role welcomes newcomers to automotive but values strong customer service and a professional appearance. Compensation ranges from $42k to $110k per year, with commission-based earnings and opportunities for growth.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane; ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Own the customer's experience by completing assignments to leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, on phone or in person.
• Ensure technicians' time is efficiently allocated to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
