Job summary

Korf Chevrolet & CDJR in Colorado is seeking a Service Advisor to be the primary liaison between customers and the service department, documenting concerns, recommending maintenance, preparing repair orders, and coordinating with technicians to ensure timely, profitable repairs.

You should have a high school diploma, prior automotive service advisory experience, knowledge of CDJR/GM systems, a valid driver's license, and proficiency with Dealertrack; strong communication, organization and sales

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred.
• Knowledge of CDJR and GM vehicle systems preferred.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to operate dealership management systems (Dealertrack experience preferred).
• Strong computer and keyboard skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Listen to customer concerns and document repair requests.
• Explain repairs and maintenance in clear language.
• Prepare and review repair orders and warranties.
• Coordinate with technicians and manage repair progress.
