Responsibilities

• Schedule service work in the service department and manage customer interactions.
• Provide accurate estimates for labor and parts.
• Greet customers and gather vehicle data; explain repair needs and options.
• Test-drive and inspect vehicles as needed to identify issues.
• Advise customers on care per manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain CSI and ensure quality of work to reduce comebacks.
• Deliver vehicles and follow up on additional recommended services.
• Maintain clean work and customer areas and build repeat/referral business.
