Job summary

Duke Chevrolet GMC is seeking an experienced Service Advisor who excels at customer service and communication. As the first point of contact, you will assist customers with vehicle needs, answer technical questions, schedule technicians, and ensure a positive service experience.

Join a family-owned, high CSI dealership known for training, growth, and a supportive team. Candidates should have at least 3 years of service advisor experience and strong DMS/RO writing skills.

Qualifications

• 3 year minimum as a service advisor.
• Outstanding Communication skills with customers and your team members.
• Demonstrated ability to manage others.
• Excellent DMS and Repair Order writing skills.
• Time management skills.
• Fantastic phone skills.
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that customers have the best experience through prompt, courteous, and effective help
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carefully listening and helping customers
• Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Be able to relay the customers information to the technician
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently
