Job summary

WAC Lighting is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our sales support team at our Port Washington, New York headquarters. You will assist clients via phone, live chat and email, providing timely, courteous service and coordinating with internal teams to resolve inquiries.

Responsibilities include handling orders, troubleshooting product issues, maintaining customer records, and building strong relationships with key accounts. Training will be provided on lighting products.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working directly with customers
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
• Attention to detail in prioritizing and meeting deadlines
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email in a courteous manner
• Work in a team environment to exceed client expectations
• Act as a customer liaison by providing professional service
• Manage and resolve general customer service issues
• Handle technical troubleshooting for lighting products (training provided)
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers
