Responsibilities

• Process and manage orders in NetSuite and provide quotes.
• Answer calls, troubleshoot issues, or route questions to in-house technician.
• Respond to emails and live chat with professionalism and accuracy.
• Interact with production/shipping to communicate order needs and schedules.
• Support Sales/Marketing with samples, demos, catalogs on request.
• Manage tickets for inquiries (Front app) and route to appropriate teams.
