Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Customer Care Supervisor to lead a team of 10–15 Coordinators in our in-office Portland facility. You’ll coach, develop and guide daily operations while collaborating with the Customer Care Manager on policy decisions.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of customer service or support experience; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Customer-centric mindset balancing customer experience with business objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with de-escalation skills.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 10-15 Customer Care Coordinators with coaching and feedback.
• Monitor KPIs, conduct QA evaluations and call monitoring, address performance trends.
• Escalation and issue resolution for complex or high-impact customer concerns.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding and training new team members.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Production, Sales to resolve customer matters.
• Promote team engagement, accountability and a positive culture.
• Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes; conduct occasional job site training.
