Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales, call center operations, or team leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience preferred.
• Intermediate CRM and service center software skills; proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of inbound sales representatives to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Provide training for new hires on software systems, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
• Monitor live calls, deliver real-time coaching, and conduct feedback sessions.
• Analyze sales center metrics, generate performance reports, and identify improvement areas.
• Partner with ISC Manager on process improvements to streamline operations.
• Address and resolve escalated customer calls with professionalism and urgency.
• Drive engagement initiatives and contests to foster a positive work environment.
• Monitor queue staffing and attendance records.
• Ensure timely updates to customer records in Salesforce.
