You will supervise a team, provide training on software systems (including Salesforce), analyze metrics, and partner with the ISC Manager on process improvements to sustain growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in sales, call center operations, or team leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience preferred.
• Intermediate understanding of CRM tools and service center software; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and related platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of inbound sales representatives to meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
• Provide comprehensive training for new hires on software systems, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
