Job summary

Alside, a leading exterior building products distributor, seeks a Customer Service & Support Representative in N Charleston, SC. You will be the primary contact for customers, manage orders, resolve issues, and provide product guidance.

You will support outreach initiatives, including outbound pool calls to generate revenue, maintain positive relationships, and ensure safety and operational excellence across the Supply Center.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a retail, wholesale, or customer-facing environment.
• CRM experience preferred, Salesforce favored.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Office, and Outlook.
• General knowledge of the building materials industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer service experience.
• Enter customer orders accurately and ensure proper documentation.
• Respond to customer questions, concerns, and issues professionally.
• Support outbound pool calls to drive new business.
