Job summary

Alside, a leading exterior building products distributor, seeks a Service & Support Representative to deliver high-level customer service, manage orders, and resolve issues. You will provide product guidance and engage in outbound calls to inactive accounts to expand the Supply Center's customer base.

The role requires strong communication, CRM familiarity (Salesforce preferred), and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a retail, wholesale, or customer-facing environment with demonstrated success
• Salesforce experience preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Office, and Outlook
• General knowledge of the building materials industry preferred

• Manage orders and resolve customer questions and issues
• Support outbound pool account sales calls to generate revenue
• Provide product guidance and consultative recommendations
