Job summary

Alside, a leading exterior building products distributor, is hiring a Customer Service & Support Representative in Knoxville, TN. You will manage customer orders, resolve issues, provide product guidance, and support outbound sales calls to grow the Supply Center's base.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in retail or customer-facing roles, experience with CRM (Salesforce preferred), and proficiency in Excel, Office, and Outlook. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a retail, wholesale, or customer-facing environment.
• CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Office, and Outlook.
• General knowledge of the building materials industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality customer service experience and manage orders.
• Respond to customer needs accurately, thoroughly, and timely.
• Develop product knowledge and provide guidance to customers.
