Job summary

Alside is seeking a Customer Service and Support Representative for our Exterior Building Products division in Ohio. You will deliver top-tier service, manage orders, and resolve issues while supporting outreach initiatives to grow our customer base.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in a customer-facing role, experience with Salesforce and Excel, and a solid understanding of building materials. This full-time on-site role emphasizes safety and teamwork at the Supply Center.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a retail, wholesale, or customer-facing environment.
• Preferred experience with Salesforce CRM, and Microsoft Excel/Outlook.
• Knowledge of building materials industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer service experience.
• Enter orders accurately and ensure proper documentation.
• Resolve customer questions and issues professionally and promptly.
• Support outbound pool account calls to generate new business.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, and delivery capabilities.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Follow safety policies and company procedures.
• Assist Branch Manager with additional duties as needed.
