Job summary

Alside, a leading exterior building products distributor, is seeking a Service & Support Representative in Nashville, TN. You will deliver high-quality customer service, manage orders, resolve issues, and guide customers on product options.

You will also participate in outbound pool account outreach to generate revenue and expand the Supply Center's customer base while upholding safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience with a CRM, preferably Salesforce.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Office, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of the building materials industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality customer service experience.
