Michigan Gas Utilities, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, seeks a Customer Service Associate in Benton Harbor, Michigan. Provide efficient customer service by handling requests for new services, maintaining operations communications, processing work requests and maintaining records.

You will use CIS systems and perform clerical duties to support accurate billing and account records. With 3+ years in customer service and billing, you will assist field personnel and collaborate with contractors

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service, billing and spreadsheet monitoring.
• High School Diploma, HSED, or GED required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe preferred.

Responsabilités

• Handle customer requests: communicate technical information to customers, contractors and crews. Obtain additional information and forward to appropriate parties.
• Support field personnel.
• Process work requests: process paperwork, process billings.
• Communicate with various parties in job planning.
• Effectively utilize specialized computer applications dealing with customer billing.
• Prepare correspondence as required.
