Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain good customer relations on the phone and in person.
• Gather information from customers to identify and solve problems.
• Confirm, schedule, and reschedule services for customers.
• Set sales appointments for new customers.
• Answer billing questions.
• Complete general clerical duties as assigned.
• Work with Service and Sales as a team.
• Promote the value of services and suggest upgrades.
• Smile while talking on the phone.
