Job summary

Rentokil Pest Control North America is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, scheduling, and billing questions. You’ll work with service and sales teams to ensure prompt, professional responses and promote service upgrades.

The role emphasizes excellent listening, clear communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to contribute to customer satisfaction and company growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Clear speaking voice and ability to be understood on the phone.
• Multitasking while entering data accurately.
• Calm under pressure with strong attention to detail.
• Great organization and time management.
• Availability Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain good customer relations on the phone and in person.
• Gather information from customers to help identify and solve problems.
• Confirm, schedule, and reschedule services for the customer.
• Set sales appointments for new customers.
• Answer billing questions.
• Complete general clerical duties as assigned.
• Work as a team with Service and Sales.
• Sell the value of our services and suggest upgrades to service.
• Smile while talking on the phone.
