Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking Customer Service Representatives to be the first point of contact for resolving customers’ concerns in homes and businesses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Pleasant phone voice and ability to be understood on the phone.
• Demonstrate multitasking to enter data while speaking with customers.
• Remain calm under pressure and help team members.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Available to work Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain good customer relations on the phone and in person.
• Gather information from customers to identify and solve problems.
• Confirm, schedule, and reschedule services for customers.
• Set sales appointments for new customers.
• Answer billing questions.
• Perform general clerical duties as assigned.
• Work as part of the Service and Sales team.
• Promote the value of services and suggest upgrades.
• Smile while talking on the phone.
