Shabby Fabrics in Post Falls, Idaho, is seeking a full-time Customer Care Specialist to be the friendly voice of our quilting community. In this role you will handle phone, email, and online support, process orders, and suggest complementary products to help customers complete their projects.

You should communicate clearly, stay organized, and enjoy solving problems in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Clear, professional communication and strong writing and grammar.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and data entry with accuracy.
• Strong math skills for fabric measurements (yards, inches).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize.
• Ability to think critically, solve problems, and know when to escalate.

Responsibilities
