Job summary

• Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing role.
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, or building products is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and Oracle/Avante or other ERP is preferred.
• Motivated and positive team player.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Attention to detail and accuracy are critical.
• Able to function in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to juggle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain suitable phone system availability with professional customer service.
• Process high volume tasks such as order entry and product sample requests.
• Manage workload and customer communication through Oracle, following defined processes.
• Foster continuous improvement with leadership to implement solutions.
• Provide basic product knowledge and technical assistance to distributors, retailers, contractors, and homeowners.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
