Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a customer support representative to process orders, respond to phone inquiries, and help customers select the right products. You will work with Sales, Production, Accounting, Engineering and Shipping to meet customer needs and ensure accurate documentation.

Required skills include customer service experience and basic Microsoft Office proficiency. A bachelor's degree is preferred and 1–3 years in a similar office role is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchase orders.
• Answer questions about products, pricing, availability, repairs, and tech support.
• Help customers choose the right products.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Accounting, Engineering and Shipping to meet customer needs.
• Track shipments and provide updates.
• Assist walk-in customers.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
