Job summary

Hirsch Glass Corp seeks a Customer Service Representative in Cranbury, NJ to manage accounts, process orders, and support payments and receivables. You will use Epicor P21 and Salesforce, coordinate with Operations, Sales and Accounting, and assist with viewing appointments for Spectrum Quartz products.

The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and a proactive service attitude, with a focus on accuracy and timely responses. On-site, Mon-Fri schedule with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, some college preferred.
• 3+ years of prior Customer Service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using Microsoft 365, Salesforce (preferred).
• Comfort navigating computer software and multi-window environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and process orders using Epicor P21 and Salesforce.
• Collect payments, follow up on open receivables, provide real-time product availability and order status.
• Identify and escalate customer issues as needed, respond via phone and email.
• Assist customers in scheduling viewing appointments and walk-in quartz slab viewings.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales and Accounting across US locations; back-up CSR for other sites.
• Maintain attention to detail, meet deadlines and work independently in a small office with remote team.
