Job summary

Ideal candidates have at least two years of customer service experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency with Outlook, Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of customer service experience in an office setting.
• Familiarity with the millwork or building industry is preferred.
• Must communicate clearly in written and verbal form.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the customer contact and address needs, requests, and concerns in a timely, professional manner.
• Process customer calls, information requests, order delays, and backorders; track order status and confirmations.
• Navigate multiple programs efficiently and enter orders for basic stocked products.
• Follow up on customer quotations and provide feedback; develop product knowledge.
