Expect to build product knowledge and resolve issues while maintaining high service levels. Responsibilities include accurate logging in FMC360, utilizing scripts and diagnostic information, and following up to ensure full resolution.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months’ Customer Service experience required.
• Previous experience supporting customers through phone preferred.
• Experience with CRM software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone and other channels.
• Educate customers on products and services with professional communication.
• Log and track customer interactions in the CRM system for history and follow-up.
