Job summary

Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, is seeking a Customer Service Representative II to join our TEAM. You will provide support to walk-in customers, answer inquiries, provide samples, and complete sales transactions, ensuring accurate order entry and timely responses.

In this fast-paced role, you will coordinate with internal teams to address inquiries, manage pricing, stock checks, and transportation, and contribute to exceptional service levels for our customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of call center or customer service experience.
• Textile industry knowledge preferred.
• Focus on customer account management preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter and track customer orders; respond to inquiries.
• Provide product information, pricing, stock checks, and order status.
• Coordinate transportation and delivery with internal teams.
• Prepare reports and process faxes.
• Assist with special projects as required.
