Job summary

Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, is seeking a Customer Service Representative II to support walk-in customers, answer inquiries, provide samples, and complete sales transactions. The role focuses on accurate order entry, pricing, stock checks, and timely communication with internal teams to ensure orders move smoothly from entry to delivery.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 3 years in a call center or customer service environment, with textiles

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency.
• 3+ years call center or customer service experience.
• Textile industry knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process orders, provide product information, answer inquiries, and handle order status, pricing, stock checks, and transportation coordination.
• Enter orders, process faxes, and prepare reports.
• Interface with internal teams to address inquiries and resolve order issues from entry to delivery.
• Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required.
