Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Process orders by phone, fax, mail, email, dropship and verbal channels.
• Provide accurate answers and escalate issues to a supervisor when needed.
• Coordinate with field sales and warehouse staff to ensure smooth order flow.
• Enter data and access order history and special orders.
• Assist customers with backorders, substitutions, and stock queries.
• Communicate with all DC departments and field sales teams.
• Suggest improvements to customer service operations.
