Job summary

Cencora is hiring in the United States to support third-party logistics services in our ICs business. The role operates Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm, with a pay rate of $19 per hour.

Primary duties include handling customer inquiries, processing orders, coordinating with sales and warehouse teams, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction. The candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years in customer service or order management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, customer support, order management, customer operations, or sales support
• Strong customer service skills and interpersonal abilities
• Effective written and verbal communication, ability to resolve issues quickly
• Familiarity with Cencora products, services and pharmaceutical distribution operations
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional, and efficient service to customers
• Assist with missed shipments, price adjustments, and backorders; seek prompt resolution
• Coordinate with field sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order processing
• Process orders via phone, fax, mail, email, and dropship channels
• Offer substitutions and alternatives for backorders; obtain delivery info and prices
• Escalate complex issues to Supervisors; document inquiries and pricing data
• Enter data for orders and pricing; research inquiries as needed
• Communicate across DC and with field sales; act as customer liaison
• Suggest improvements to customer service operations
