Job summary

Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, is seeking a Customer Service Representative II in Wilmington, DE to join our team. You will assist walk-in customers, answer inquiries, provide samples, and complete sales transactions while coordinating orders and information across departments.

The role emphasizes accuracy in order entry, pricing, stock checks and timely delivery, with collaboration across internal teams. A high school diploma and 3+ years in customer service are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency required.
• 3+ years call center or customer service experience. Focus on customer account management preferred. Prior textile industry knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer account management including order entry, order inquiry, product information, order status, pricing, stock check and transportation management.
• Key in orders, process faxes and prepare reports.
• Interface with internal groups and SSCs to address customer inquiries and order issues from entry to delivery.
• Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required.
