Job summary

Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, is seeking a Customer Service Representative II to support walk-in customers and inquiries in Wilmington, DE. You will handle order entry, product information, pricing, stock checks, and transportation coordination.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in call center or customer service, strong communication and multitasking abilities, and proficiency in Word/Excel. The role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and timely responses in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency required.
• 3+ years call center or customer service experience. Focus on customer account management preferred.
• Prior textile industry knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Order entry, order inquiry, product information, order status, pricing, stock check and transportation management.
• Keying in orders, processing faxes and preparation of reports.
• Interfaces with internal teams and SSCs to address customer inquiries and order issues from order entry to delivery.
• Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required.
