Job summary

Dal-Tile, a Mohawk Industries subsidiary, is seeking an exceptional Customer Service Representative II to join our Tempe team. You will handle walk-in customers, answer inquiries, provide samples, and process sales transactions, ensuring smooth order entry and delivery coordination.

We value strong communication, detail orientation, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. A high school diploma and 3+ years in a call center or customer service role are preferred; textile knowledge

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency is required.
• 3+ years call center or customer service experience.
• Prior textile industry knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Order entry, order inquiry, product information, order status, pricing, stock check and transportation management.
• Key in orders, process faxes and prepare reports.
• Interface with internal teams to address inquiries and issues from order entry to delivery.
• Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required.
