Modernistic Cleaning & Restoration in Plainwell, MI is seeking a full-time Call Center/Customer Service Specialist to provide outstanding customer service, schedule jobs, and manage inbound/outbound communication. The role emphasizes accuracy, CRM usage, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in customer service, strong communication, and a positive, proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• 1+ year previous experience in customer service, sales or other customer focused fields.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• High volume call center experience preferred.
• CRM experience preferred.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Must have strong computer skills including MS Office and other standard applications.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and a smile that can be heard through the phone.
• Accurate, organized and detail oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service while answering high volume inbound calls.
• Close and schedule jobs.
• Manage pipelines and outbound lists (no cold calling).
• Provide detailed Salesforce documentation.
• Follow Modernistic call flow.
• Actively listen and address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our products & services.
