Modernistic Cleaning & Restoration in Plainwell, MI is seeking a detail‑oriented Restoration Claims Coordinator to join our growing team.

You will manage client interactions, review files for compliance, and prepare estimates using Xactimate, while coordinating with insurance professionals and internal staff to move claims through pipeline.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative support experience.
• 1+ year experience in restoration or claims preferred.
• 1+ year Xactimate or equivalent experience preferred.
• Microsoft Word, Excel proficient.
• Experience with insurance/claims is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service interfacing with clients and insurance professionals.
• Field questions about ongoing projects from property owners and insurers.
• Ensure files are in compliance with company and carrier guidelines.
• Communicate missing/delayed items and move files through pipeline, production, and billing.
• Write simple job estimates using Xactimate with photos and field sketches.
• Process restoration invoices ensuring file compliance.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours calls.
